vegan baking

so in an effort to get Crash to eat more veggies and to cut out meat and dairy I have begun vegan baking and cooking again.

We are predominantly veggie just because its cheaper and healthier plus if I can get away with not having to touch raw meat or eggs I am all for it!

So when I saw this recipe that used my fave ingredients and found a suitable substitution for condensed milk I jumped at the chance to try it:

Also try making Cashew Vegan Cream cheese too, so good on bagels and toast:
